I'm a weepy mess

Was reading The Grinch to DS1 and cried again at the part when the Who's are singing even after he stole Christmas. "Maybe Christmas is a little bit more" gets me every time. There's been a lot of crying, which is odd since I'm not really a "crier."

Anyone else overly emotional right now/this time of year?

I am any Christmas movie or show in a sobbing mess! And that damn carters commercial with the little girl saying when I became yours, you became mine gets me everytime.

I am pregnant, and the holidays make me miss my mom, so...yes...I have been a weepy mess this and last month. I bought a ridiculous amount of snowmen figurines off of Zulily one night to make myself feel better, and last week I marathon baked a bunch of holiday recipes. Baking and decorating was a holiday tradition for my mother and me.

I wasn't a crier before I got pregnant, now I'm so emotion. TV shows, commercials, holiday songs (the slower ones "I'll be home for Christmas" etc) make me tear up.

That one makes me cry, but the pampers swaddlers commercial pisses me off. What baby is wearing a diaper when it takes it's first breath??

@LuckySquare that's really sweet! I loved that E got little hats in the NICU. He wasn't a preemie, but all the NICU babies got the hats that were made. One was a little crocheted pumpkin hat.
