Christmas party help

Work party is tomorrow during the day, it's in a hall. Every Friday we can wear jeans, would you still wear jeans tomorrow to the party? All big wigs from other offices/locations will be there. It's a sit down catered lunch thing during work hours. The hall is out of town.

I was thinking I could wear a sweater dress and leggings, but my sweater dress is kind of short and on the modern side. I tend to dress professional for work. Do you think dress length matters when wearing leggings? What would you wear?

I think the sweater dress and leggings sounds perfect. I wouldn't go with jeans based on the occasion and guests.
