Two Medium Size Follies

Hi everyone, I'm new here and have never posted anything, so here goes my story.  I've been married since 2003 and have been trying to conceive for a number of years now. I began Clomid last week and yesterday I went to my specialist who advised that I have two medium size follicles, one of each side of my ovaries.  My question is what are my chances of having twins?  Any response is helpful and appreciated, thanks!

    Spontaneous pregnancy #5= Baby #3 is a BOY!!!
