2dp3dt - leg cramp...BFP/BFN symptoms?

I'm 2dp3dt and my right leg is throbbing. I usually get this when AF is on her way. Am losing it a little here. I feel so helpless. Testing would be useless, right? I also found out today that non of my 4 embies made it to the freezer which was sad. Can anyone who recently had a BFP or BFN tell me if you had any symptoms? Thanks in advance!!
Me: 34 - low ovarian reserve
DH: 40 - no issues  

3 failed IUI's 

IVF #1 3/12 - 13 eggs, 9 fertilized,  2 transferred (1 grade 2 blast, 1 early blast), no frosties, 3/30/12 - 9dp5dt spotting, BFNs

IVF #2. 7/12 - 18 days of stims, 3 mature eggs, 3 fertilized (ICSI), 3 transferred (9, 8, 7 cell) on day 3.  First beta - 8/21/12 = 105, beta #2 - 8/23/12 = 268, beta #3 - 8/30/12 = 2,352. 2nd u/s - 9/4/12. Baby Boy born 5/1/2013.

IVF #3 Now (12/13). AMH is very low - 0.19. ER (12/5) 12 eggs, 10 mature, 7 fertilized using ICSI. 3 transferred (8,8,8 cell - all grade 2) on day 3. First beta - 12/21/13 = 126, beta #2 - 12/23/13 = 400, beta #3 - na (office was closed for new year's). First sonogram - TWINS aka OMG! -

    My legs hurt after transfer but I think it was from laying around too much! Could that be it? I am 4dp5dt, no symptoms, BFN on a hpt. But I know it's still super early and at 2dp3dt you're even earlier!
    Me: 30 DH: 30 ~ TTC #1 Since August 2011 
    BFP #1 2/28/13, Ectopic, Tubal surgery 3/25 
    Began RE testing 8/8, Dx Unexplained, 
    IUI #1 11/1=BFN Moving on to IVF 
    IVF #1 12/2 ER 8R 7M 4 fertilized
    12/7 Transferred 2 "perfect" little blasts 12/17 BFN
    New DX= DOR, I fu*kng hate IF
    1/14 Hysteroscopy, new clean uterus!
    IVF #2: bcp, Lupron, follistim 300, menopur 225. 2/21 8R 4M 3F. 3dt of 2 perfect embryos. 1 little penguin 
     3/10 BFFN
    Regrouping. Seeing reproductive immunologist Dr. Kwak Kim 6/10 
    Kwak Kim protocol: Metformin 1000mg, vitamin D 4000iu, vitamin E 400iu, baby aspirin, Metanx, levothyroxine 75mcgs 
     Surprise BFP 9/21!!! Beta #1 247, Beta #2 630. Miscarried 10/13

    Way too early! The progesterone gave me gnarly leg cramps.....

    I'm sorry your leg is bothering you...I agree with the others, it's way too early to test. Unfortunately, it's hard to tell what any symptom means since some are from the meds we are on and a lot of the symptoms are the same way we feel when we have AF. Goodluck with everything!!
    2013- 2 IVF cycles with PGD to prevent genetic disorder from being passed on. Both BFFN :(
    2/2014 pregnant!  EDD 10/17/2014
