When in doubt, I like to choose a family name.  Is there a family member you'd like to honor?  Or maybe name Dexter after his daddy?

One of our good friends named their younger son Dexter Joseph, I've always felt it flowed pretty well.   I love PP's suggestion of Dexter Jude as well
