Perineum Pain

For the past couple of days, I have been having perineum pain when I am standing. It feels like after childbirth, the pain where you feel like your vag is going to fall out. I don't know how else to describe it. It is like pressure bearing down. I had a decent amount of stitches. Anyways, the pain went away after like a month pp and recently came back. I have no idea why, I thought I was done with that! Anyone else experience anything like this at all? I'm going to start doing kegals to see if that helps (I've been slacking) and if not I guess I have to call the doctor.
