Anyone have any experience with Kaiser & Holy Cross?

Hi ladies!!
I'm currently expecting LO # 1 and I have Kaiser insurance and will be delivering at Holy Cross in Silver Spring.
I won't know who's delivering me til it actually happens, but I have hopes for an as natural as possible labor & delivery and have recently been thinking of delayed cord clamping. I have no idea how to go about finding out if they'll even allow that because I can't speak to the person who will be delivering LO. I do plan to hire a doula, so hopefully that helps...but I'm concerned about how to go about sharing my "birth plan" and being able to share it with a perfect stranger when I'm vulnerable.
