We are planning to buy our crib and nursery furniture second-hand, and will likely get some other baby items second hand as well. I want to be able to research everything beforehand to make sure nothing has been recalled or has any safety hazards before purchasing it.
Are there any websites dedicated to this that I can use to find out if an item's been recalled? I'm totally new to this so any advice is helpful! Thanks!
Re: How do I find out about recalls?
There's one near me and I love it. Bought some things for the baby there less than half of regular retail price and have to be on near new condition for them to accept it.
Oh baby has gotten all stuff from kijiji or consignment so far and everything is amazing or top end. All in perfect condition doesn't even look used and way nicer than I could afford for it all if I were paying retail. Plus nicer for the environment
I've told all friends and family to gift reused items as well. I would like everyone to save their pennies where possible
