I've had three. What do you want to know? All of mine were done in the office. They put saline up I to your ute and the dildocam to look around for "stuff" that may be in your ute that doesn't belong. Two times they saw polyps which I subsequently had to have removed. It's fairly quick and wasn't very painful for me. You will feel like you peed your pants as the fluid will leak out afterwards so bring a pad.

  • Thanks! Really mostly curious if it is painful. I had a painful hsg (with no blocked tubes) and the thought of injecting more stuff in there is a little scary.

  • My HSG didn't hurt at all, but my SHG hurt ALOT. I didn't take any ibuprofen before the SHG, maybe that was the issue. I did take 800 mg before the HSG. My RE said usually the SHG is less painful. They gave me a pad and some wipes.
