Thanks for the kind responses so far! My only reservation with Josephine is that I will never call her Josephine. I LOVE all the nickname posibilities, but what will she want to be called when she is 30? For some reason Josephine doesn't always roll of my tongue easily. As for Colette, I dont really think it needs a nickname, but have thought of Colie or Coco as nn possibilities. My husband is still getting used to the name (he origionally thought it sounded harsh.....but I think it sounds feminine).....

ADORE Josephine. I can't put my finger on why, but I'm just not keen on Colette. And as nicknames no, "Colie" sounds like you're calling her a breed of dog.

Wow, I am surprised at all the love Josephine is getting. I think it sounds very masculine and I don't care for the nn's for it at all. I really don't care for that name at all. Colette, I love. It's on my list but DH has others he prefers...
Re: 2 weeks left and 2 girl names.....

Consider if you want a nickname. Colette doesn't really lend itself to a nn but Josephine has several options (Jo, Josie, etc.)
