    Are there names that he does like? Then we could suggest some similar to that. Vivian/Vivienne could be a great middle name, too! Also, you may be able to sell him on the cute nickname Vivi.

    Most of the names that came to mind were mentioned in PPs but I would add Felicity, Isobel (this spelling), Ivy and Isadora.
