I went to bed felt fine. Woke up to poop at like 3:30/4 AM, fell back asleep and woke up super nauseous with diareah and puking. Laid back down got nauseous again, but haven't vomited again as of yet.
If I don't feel better in the next hour or two when the doctors office opens I'll call, but was hoping someone knows or has an idea wtf is going on with me right now :-( either that or a little pity party would be great.
I've been so nauseas the past few days as well. No appetite and lots of bm's. Sucks because that makes my heartburn worse and I throw up bile. Hope you feel better... I'm miserable!
Ugh. That really sucks. It does sound like the stomach bug though. Try to get some fluids in, although I know it is difficult. I hope you feel better really soon.
I talked to the doctor and she said there's a GI big going around and told me to try to keep down water and maybe some toast or crackers. If I can't later this afternoon to just come in for IV fluids :-( hoping it doesn't come to that.
Oh no. I've had a bug like that before. I hope you're able to keep some fluids down, at least. What worked for me last time was Pedia Pops (they're next to the Pedialyte).
Thanks @agriffin620. Maybe I'll ask DH to pick some up later if this doesn't get better :-(
Hang in there. You can also do flattened Sprite or 7-Up (whichever you like better). It isn't as hydrating, but if it is the only liquid you can get down, so be it. All you do is pour it in a glass and stir it with a spoon until most of the fizz is gone. For food, cinnamon sugar toast was all I could eat. I honestly hope you feel better soon. These are no fun.
Norovirus is going around where I live. I'm avoiding it like the plague and telling people to not dare come around me if they don't feel well. I'm terrified to get it at 40w pregnant or right after delivery and give it to LO.
Feel better. Hopefully it's just early labor for you! But it does sound like a bug especially since you can't keep water down. Luckily, the stomach bug only lasts for about 24 hours. Hang in there. Keep your belly empty for a few hours past your last puke session and try small sips of water at that point.

I thought I had food poisoning, woke up at 1am and was sick for hours and hours. I called the doc and they told me that they just wanted to make me aware that sometimes the body will "expelled"before you go into labor. I didnt think about it though because I wasn't due for another 2 weeks.....24 hrs later my water broke!!!!!

I was hoping that was the case, but doesn't seem that way.
Luckily I'm feeling a lot better! I kind of feel like I'm starting to get a fever now though. Ugh. My BFF also just informed me how dangerous fevers are during pregnancy. Is that the case or is she overreacting?
Either way DH should be home in a couple hours, so if I do in fact have a fever I'll call the doc again. At least I stopped vomiting, and I held down 3 pieces of toast and 2-3 bottles of water thus far.

I hope you feel better soon – this is the worst! Especially at this stage in the game…

Thank you everyone for your concern.
