I want to try and summarize this as quickly as possible, so here we go

My husband and I are both 30, TTC for about 14 months. I have regular periods (30-32 days), no major pains or bleeding. My husband was tested last month and he was completely fine on all four tests. So, this month, my OBGYN suggested I come in the week before expected ovulation and she wanted to do an ultrasound to see if anything was amiss. The US showed I was about to ovulate from my right side, but she saw fluid in the left fallopian tube. So, fast forward to today, AF came and now she wants to order a HSG for the fluid. (She said you should never see the tube, the fluid was a concern.)
So, I looked it up, and it seems that any blockage is caused by PID, an untreated STD, or endometriosis. Is this true? I was tested for STD's when i started at this doctor and all was clear. (I have slept with 2 people my whole life, my hubbie and i have been together for 10 years. So, it wasn't majorly concerned.) I haven't been "tested" per say for endometriosis, but my periods are light, not painful, and regular. So, I feel like if it was that or PID, I would have SOME symptoms.
So, rambling aside, has anyone had a HSG and had a blockage (or fluid) and it was from something other than a STD, PID, or endometriosis? I am freaking myself out that i have some undiagnosed disease I haven't had symptoms for! Sorry, I know you all know how crazy we can get during this whole journey.
Thanks ladies

Both tubes were removed during the lap last year, and we are currently undergoing IVF in an attempt to harvest as many eggs as possible due to the endometriomas she has as well.
Because my partner is queer, and has had very very low-risk of infection for any STIs her whole life, we were confused about the PID aspect as well with regards to her blocked tubes. In fact, that was what pushed us to ask for the Lap surgery instead of simply blocking off the hydrosalpinx with a coil. Endo was the only thing that made sense and we wanted it confirmed in order to make some choices. It was confirmed and her tubes were removed. That was a hard week for us, and is still hard to grieve... but we are grateful that we now know what was going on.
I hope you find answers yourself.
