Fail - Our picture with Santa. Santa himself was actually really neat. Great costume, super sweet guy. The photog, though, sucked monkey balls. For $8, we got a picture that was the quality of a home ink jet printer running low on ink, where you can see the mall in the background and where Santa isn't even looking at the camera. Well, and my girls aren't exactly looking their best either, but that's not the photog's fault

Win - This shot I snagged about half an hour later - after all three kiddos had gotten their face painted (yup, even the wee one)

I love Santa fails! Every year Lincoln is screaming but I still think it is cute!

Oh, no, at least the 2nd one is super cute!

Last year, I was appalled to find out that you can't get Santa pics at the mall around here for less than $25 or something ridiculous.  Needless to say, we did not make an attempt to get pics.
