I just found out that I'm pregnant. My LO will be 2 years and 4 months old when the new baby is born. Is that considered 2 under 2?

    No. It's two under two. In other words, your second is born before your first child's second birthday.
    Mommy to N (3), J (2), and C (10 months). LO4 is due in mid-September.

    No that would be 2 2 and under.  2u2 would be 2 kids between 0-24 months.
