Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a great weekend and was able to stay active despite the cold and snow.

For fun: Do you have any specific fitness goals in mind for after baby's arrival?

Sun- Active rest day- running around the mall, Target, and grocery store with 2 LOs
Snow shoveling, laundry, cleaning, etc.
Mon- Ran 3.1 miles and incline power-walked 1.9 miles on the treadmill for 5 miles total
Tues- Row 1000 meters, 45 min incline power-walk on treadmill
Wed- Spin class, 60 min.
Thurs- off
Fri- run 3-4 miles on treadmill
Sat- 30 minutes weights, 30 min treadmill walk
My goal is to workout 3 days this week plus 1 day of pre-natal yoga.
A group of friends is running the Disney marathon in January 2015 (6 months post baby). I'm not a fan of Disney but considering it. Maybe it can be a 2 day getaway w DH pp.
Anyone know of any other fun marathons in Jan-March? In a fun city perhaps.
I have no expectations for after baby. I hope I can get back to crossfit around 8 weeks after baby is born, but I am having a rcs so I am just going to see how I feel.
