Happy Monday!  Hope everyone had a great weekend and was able to stay active despite the cold and snow.

So let's hear it June moms, what do you have on your fitness agenda this week?

  • Sun-  Active rest day- running around the mall, Target, and grocery store with 2 LOs  ;)  Snow shoveling, laundry, cleaning, etc.

    Mon- Ran 3.1 miles and incline power-walked 1.9 miles on the treadmill for 5 miles total

    Tues- Row 1000 meters, 45 min incline power-walk on treadmill

    Wed- Spin class, 60 min.

    Thurs- off

    Fri- run 3-4 miles on treadmill

    Sat- 30 minutes weights, 30 min treadmill walk

  • For fun:  I'd love to race a triathlon this summer (August or September), but we'll see how baby is sleeping and therefore how I'm able to train.  I definitely plan to train for a fall half marathon though!

    Last week I was only able to workout twice due to RLP.

    My goal is to workout 3 days this week plus 1 day of pre-natal yoga.

    A group of friends is running the Disney marathon in January 2015 (6 months post baby). I'm not a fan of Disney but considering it. Maybe it can be a 2 day getaway w DH pp.

    Anyone know of any other fun marathons in Jan-March? In a fun city perhaps.
  • Now that I'm feeling better, I'm hoping to get back to the gym where I usually do the elliptical for about 40 minutes. Plus after baby, I plan on being a walking freak to drop the baby weight.

    Planning on 4 days of crossfit. Did 1 today. Also, a slow 5k run sometime this weekend.

    I have no expectations for after baby. I hope I can get back to crossfit around 8 weeks after baby is born, but I am having a rcs so I am just going to see how I feel.

  • My workout for the week was a 7 hour Christmas shopping trip that I went on with my dad yesterday. I think my legs and feet will be sore all week from all the walking. I go with him every year to help him pick out presents for my mom. 'Shop til you drop' has a whole new meaning when you're pregnant!
  • Gosh, reading what you guys do to workout makes me feel HORRIBLE! Haha props to you girls though, damn! I have felt so exhausted and out of breath lately! I used to work out a lot pre-pregnancy, and I plan to get back in it as soon as I feel better but it haven't worked out in weeks. Well, I'm moving next week.. That will be more workout haha
  • From April until I got pregnant I was on weight watchers and going to the gym about 3 days a week; I lost 50 pounds. Since my BFP I've been too sick (and worried) to workout. Hopefully I'll be feeling better soon and I can go back to the gym. After baby, I plan to get back on weight watchers and hopefully make the gym part of my schedule
