We ditched the pacifier on Wednesday and am VERY happy to report that today, DS went down for both nap and bedtime with absolutely no tears and was fast asleep in 10 minutes or less. He has been napping normally and sleeping through the night solidly since 1 day post-paci, but shed some tears. Today was a total success... We read our stories, put on his sleep sack, turned on his new dream light (which we gave him when we took the pacifiers away) and that was that. He said, "night Mommy love you" and rolled over to cuddle his blankie. Success!!
