Had my 4w follow up yesterday, told mw about my concerns and she did write me a prescription for zoloft. 25mg for the first week and then 50mg after that. I am so glad I talked to her.

She was so great and listened to every concern I had, and she made me feel so much better when she told me she actually went through the same thing after she had her second child and that she knows where I'm coming from.

Thank you all so much for the support the other day. I couldn't have made it through the past nine months without you all and I really appreciate you ladies for your honesty, snark, and friendship!

It takes a good 2 weeks to see the improvement and 4 weeks for the full effects so don't get discouraged if you dont notice a difference right away. I'm glad you took the first (sometimes scary) step towards feeling better.

I took Zoloft a few years ago for uncontrollable panic attacks, its great.

Just be aware also it may also aggravate your symptoms, if taken for longer periods of time - 6+mo. It did for me.
