Because I'm lazy... LH Surge Question (chloebeth930)

Hey ladies... we are slowing inching our way into TTC #2.  I stopped taking my BCP this month so we are just preventing with condoms and ovulation sticks. I seem to forget and am just too lazy to search for the answer myself but once I had a positive ovulation stick how long until I "O". I know that O can only be confirmed with temping but in a perfect world where I would ovulation after having a positive LH surge when would that be exactly?  I just want to know when it would be safe to ditch the condoms.

    Thanks Theresat858. Eekk it seems like just yesterday I was pee'ing on ovulation sticks everyday trying to make this toddler sitting in my lap watching Bubble Guppies !!!
