Pregnant after 35

Anyone read and followed "Making Babies?"

Just finished the book, and I was classified as the "tired" type. I've started making the necessary diet changes and I'm looking into supplements. Just curious if any of you ladies had success after reading the book?

  • Never heard of it, but do second op's suggestion of Toni Weshler's book!  I love it and found it extremely informative.

  • Dr David was my doctor. I had gone to a traditional RE and they were very negative, pushing IVF as my only hope. Three months after my first visit with Dr. David (and with no invasive treatments) I was pregnant. I highly recommend the info in Making Babies!
