Please help!

I know none of us are doctors but I need help...
I think I have a blocked milk duct (STM and never felt this pain before) I have a rock hard lump in my left breast, I have pumped to empty, I found on google to look for a white tip and pop it with a needle, I did that a day ago and milk came out and relieved me some, today the pain is back and even worse! I have tried ice, heat, Motrin! Nothing is taking this pain away please give me some tips... Is this a blocked milk duct? Is it something else? Should I call my doctor?

I have read about nursing with the baby's chin on the clog but its in the top of my breast she would be nursing upside down

Ill look into it and try it... Thanks hopefully it helps I don't know how much more of this pain I can take it feels like I'm engorged when I know I'm not!

Heat, massage, dangle feed, turn LOs chin toward the clog (this one is an OWT), empty the breast. There are a ton of strategies out there. Good luck!!

I took a hot shower then went to bed... I think it broke through last night while I was sleeping i woke up and my pad was soaked in milk my bra and shirt were both wet also and my boob doesnt hurt any more! Thank you everyone!!!
