Sorry if this is TMI, but...

I'm 29.5 weeks and just started to drink 3 cups of RRLT daily. I wasn't really drinking it regularly before. Since I've started I've gotten the trots Is this normal?? I drank it with DD too and never had this problem, but I had been drinking 1-2 cups from the beginning of the pregnancy and went up to 3-4 cups in the third tri.
