Hand Chewing

My son hand stay raw/dry cause he chews on his fingers and have tried everything!! idk how to get him to stop we worked with him on no chew paws it worked for a couple weeks until the teeth came again...

Could you moisturize them with coconut or olive oil? It's edible at least...

Hmmm have you tried a chew necklace? May seem odd but at least it would be something to distract him that would always be on him.

So im scared to give him a neckless, so we give him his passie to let him chew on it but we are trying to wean him off that soon

Have you seen the little mesh things that have a ring attached for LO to hold while they chomp on the mesh?  We put ice cudes in ours for DD and she loves it.  Or let a wet washcloth sit in the freezer to get cold (not ice hard) and let LO chomp on that??

I have tried the wash cloths but it didn't seem to help much

When DD is teething we give her ice cubes on a mesh feeder or frozen fruit. It calms her right down. Also she loves to chew on her tooth brush when she is working on teeth.
