    I don't see how you can do IVF with no sperm? A reversal is what you're looking for, unless you're ok with TTC with donor sperm- also this is really not an IF issue.

    It's like if you have 4 kids and a tubal ligation, then 5 years later decide you want another baby.. you are NOT infertile, ykwim? You just have to be more creative with your TTC because you *elected* to have permanent B/C control- not because for no effing reason at all (or for some stupid effing reason) you suddenly can not have more kids which is what we are dealing with on 2IF.
