CPT: Biggest fear/concern about LO's arrival?

I voted the recovery. My labor with DS sucked, so I figure the only way it could get worse is a c/s, which I really fear. DH is very not helpful, so recovery is going to be a nightmare. Plus, I will be terrified I'll develop clots again and have another stroke. Not sure I'll survive another one. My stroke was 2 wks pp with DS. So once I hit that 6wk pp mark, a lot of stress will be lifted.
