Enlarged Ovaries?

I had my 6 week u/s today, and our baby is doing great! We got to see the heartbeat and everything.

The ultrasound nurse did say that my ovaries were clearly polycystic (which I know, obviously...) and she called them "whoppers" - commenting several times on how large they are. Is that a potential problem? My labs were good too, and they're going to have me come in every two weeks for follow up ultrasounds. I'm on cloud nine, but wondering about those ovaries. No wonder I've felt so crampy/bloated.
5/13 - Dx with lean PCOS
6/13 - 50mg clomid, no response
7/13 - 7.5mg femara, pregnitude, TI - chemical pregnancy
9/13 - 7.5mg femara, pregnitude, trigger, IUI, progesterone - BFN
10/13 - 7.5mg femara (final attempt before injects), pregnitude, trigger, TI, progesterone - BFP!

    My dr said with the ivf meds that it's expected and it causes no harm to the pregnancy and will resolve on their own.

    Hmm...I didn't do IVF though. This was actually our last attempt at a femara cycle (7.5mg cd 3-7).
