First time mom looking for a doctor in Safety Harbor, FL

I just found out I was pregnant on thanksgiving!!! I am 5 weeks today according to when my first day of my last cycle (I don’t know the acronyms yet).  I called my regular doctor’s office Women’s Care Florida - Williams, Goldman and Watson and set an appointment for the first of the year. I was wondering if anyone has used them as their doctor and what they experienced with them during their pregnancy. I know everyone pregnancy is different but being a first time mom and I want to make sure I’m making the best choice for myself and unborn child.

First of all, congrats! That's the group I'm using. They seem to have an interesting approach to managing patient care and they're located right next to the hospital which was important for me. I'm also in Safety Harbor. Finding the right Doctor/Hospital combo wasn't easy. I tried Dr. Sanchez who is literally a 3 minute walk from my house, but he doesn't deliver at Mease Countryside so that wasn't going to work. My first appointment with Women's Care is on Tuesday, but from the conversation I had with the nurse I'm not anticipating any problems. Good luck to you.

Hi! I had my LO in January. That was the group that I used. All of my experiences with them were fantasitc. I mostly saw two of the midwives, Gaye and Shelly while I was there, with Shelly being the one who delivered my baby. They were fantastic at all of my prenatal appointments, as well as postpartum. I even had some breastfeeding issues, and they happily spent time with me to help improve the situation. They are so compassionate and spend so much time with each patient. I highly recommend them!
