EPO after Mucous Plug

Google tells me this should be fine, but I wanted to poll you ladies as well. I lost my mucous plug last night and I'm wondering if it's still ok to insert EPO vaginally at night?

I'm sure it's fine unless my water breaks, but I was hesitant last night and just took it orally. Anyone have any past experience or advice from a MW? Thanks!

    Its fine! So is sex. Like you said as long as your water is intact the baby is protected.
