No-cry sleep books

Has anyone had any success with these? I read the no cry sleep solution but had a hard time discerning what the method actually was. I also ordered the baby whisperer book. Just curious of anyone has had these methods help them.

I am going to give you a tip... there is no such thing as "no cry" sleep training.  they all involve SOME crying.

With that being said, yes I know a lot of people who had success with the methods. I liked the "Baby Sleep Solution" since it was a very quick read and got right to the point, step by step, easy to understand in my sleep deprived state.

Yeah, I do expect some crying. Thanks for the recommendation! I'm going to get this book too We're ready to start trying something.
