... no beta call today?

So I was supposed to get a call today to confirm my BFN  and the nurse didn't call, and now the clinic is closed. :( Should I take the stupid PIO  shot and estrogen tonight or no???? Why do I feel like an empty shell right now.
Me: 35  low AMH, normal FSH
DH: 31 Fair DNA fragmentation test :( Normal SA
TTC: since March 2012

09-21-13 start IVF #1
10-04-13 ER 6 eggs, 6 mature, all 6 fertilized. 3 frozen
10-08-13 fresh transfer canceled due to high progesterone
waiting for FET
10-18 started BCP
10-29 baseline appt scheduled
11-20 scheduled date of FET #1
12-2 BFN :(

3-1-14 moving on to the next step. Switched RE. going to plan 3 IUI cycles while saving for IVF#2

April 2014- IUI#1  BFN
May 2014- IUI#2 BFN
June 2014 IUI#3 BFN

Taking a break for a while, focusing on our wedding.

Sept 24th missed period! Surprise natural BFP
10-15-14 first ultrasound
06-05-15 EDD

    Do they have an after hours line?
    Our Novel of TTC:

    *Male Factor (low count and low motility), High Prolactin, and Polycystic Ovaries (March 2013)
    *Recurrent Miscarriage testing also revealed high anti-phospholipids & single MTHFR mutation. (Feb 2014) 

    *IVF (07/2013): BFP-Natural Miscarriage @ 5 weeks* <3 Madison Riley <3
    *FET #1 (10/2013): BFN
    *FET #2 (12/2013)- BFP-Missed Miscarriage at 8 weeks <3 Kyle Andrew <3
    *Chromosomes and Karotyping tests were both normal.We lost a healthy baby boy :(
    *FET #3 (04/2014) was cancelled after finding Chronic Endometritis
    *Miraculous BFP July 2014!! (I was taking baby aspirin and Cabergoline to stay regulated while "taking a break from TTC" and waiting to consult with a reproductive immunologist!!!) 

    Our healthy baby girl was born 03/10/15 thanks to daily Lovenox injections and baby aspirin. There are no words for how grateful I am for our rainbow baby. <3

    I would take one more day just to be sure you don't want to do anything you won't regret.. Arrg I'm sorry they didn't call :(

    That is soo frustrating! I can't believe they didn't call!! I'd probably go ahead and just take the meds until they specifically told me to stop. I actually think that's what my paperwork says too....I'm sorry you're having to deal with this :(
    2013- 2 IVF cycles with PGD to prevent genetic disorder from being passed on. Both BFFN :(
    2/2014 pregnant!  EDD 10/17/2014

    ET 9/10 - transferred 1 perfect 5AA blast
    7dp5dt BFP ~~ Beta on 9/19 - 77.4 Beta #2 on 9/21 - 357
    Low heartbeat on 10/7 86, lower heartbeat on 10/11 76, no heartbeat 10/14/13. D&C 10/15/13
    Tests revealed MTHFR c677t mutation, put on Folgard.

    I'm so sorry they did not call. I always found PIO shots when you knew it was negative were the most painful. Huge Hugs

    I'm a bad influence because when I "knew" it was a BFN before beta last cycle I stopped all of my meds, I didn't feel like being reminded anymore.  Do what you feel most comfortable with...can't believe they didn't call that's torture!

    So very sorry. This happened to me once at my first clinic. I didn't get a call (even though I called the office 15 minutes before closing .. they told me someone would get back to me.. never did.) It's totally unacceptable especially with how much this costs and how emotionally taxing it is. I absolutely called the after hours to speak to the dr about it. So sorry about your disappointment. I hope you have success soon. I have been there and know how hard it is. Don't give up.

    Ugh. That must be the worst feeling. Sorry you are going through this. I guess if it were me I'd take the shot but I have trouble admitting when enough is enough- hence the 4 FRER's wasted on my BFN when the beta is tomorrow. I'll probably still stick in the endometrin tonight...

    I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a miracle for you. How annoying that they didn't call!

    DX: MFI-Very Low Count, I have Hashimotos.
    IVF prep September 2013 cancelled due to Ovarian Cyst
    IVF #1 October 2013 Antagonistic Protocol with ICSI  ER 10/31/13 (18R 16M 11F- 6 blasts to freeze)
    ET delayed due to OHSS 
    FET scheduled for July 8. Delayed due to a crazy high TSH (it had been under control for YEARS!)
    FET #1 8/5/14 sET BFN
