Ask yourself if your baby were born with fas or some other problem would you regret it or blame yourself? Personally I have no opinion on the topic. I'm not much of a drinker when I'm not pregnant but I know people especially in other countries drink their entire pregnancy and everything is fine. Your judgement call mama!
Jess & Adam, married 2009, precious Audrey born in 2011. BFP 1/6/13, 6-wk MMC discovered at 9 wks 2/11/13. D&C 2/18/13, second D&C 4/23/13 for retained placenta. BFP 8/24/13!! EDD 5/1/14, delivered healthy and sweet Zoey Leanne on 5/5/14 by repeat c-section.
I had a few sips of white wine with Thanksgiving dinner and a few sips of champagne when our families toasted us after we told them I was pregnant. I don't plan on having more than a sip or two (here and there) throughout my pregnancy though.
M14 January Siggy Challenge: Resolution I have no intention of keeping...SHOPPING LESS!
Yay. We recently went to a wine tasting and I.had a sip of at least 7 diff wines. Just a sip so all together I didn't even add up to a half a glass but I would drink a half a glass. I plan on it over the holidays.
I'm on the fence about this one. Lots of people say it is ok to have a glass but more towards ur third tri. U can't tell European women that they have to stop drinking when they get pregnant to Chinese women to stop eating sushi when they do.

Sushi is actually Japanese
i say yay to a glass here and there. i have yet to have one, but i'm sure i will eventually. it's also important to note that a "glass" of wine is technically a 4oz pour, not a full glass!
Yay, but sparingly/occasionally. I have had little sips here and there, and plan to probably have a glass of champagne on NYE, but that'll probably be it.
I've had a few sips. We had dinner on Sunday w/ my SIL (she's an OB) and my BIL. I didn't order any wine but made it known to her that I was going to steal a few sips from DH's glass. She said sip away, but of course DH was the one that was overly paranoid.
Yay. I had a small glass of wine with Thanksgiving dinner (and was supported in my decision, which was nice) and have no qualms whatsoever. I've been enjoying sips of DH's wine and beer throughout the pregnancy.
