AW: Saline US this afternoon

I go in for my saline US at 4:10 today... Nobody can go with me. DH and my sis both work.  I am kind of freaking out, and although I haven't used my Xanax prescription in 3-4 months, I'm debating it right now.  I'm scared, and I don't want to go by myself.  I know it really shouldn't be that bad physically; I'm just worried they'll find something bad...

Oh Katie I'm so sorry you're scared and wish I could give you a big hug. I wish someone would be able to be with you to hold your hand right now! I am thinking of you and hope it all goes (or is going) smoothly. FWIW I had both the HSG and saline sono and the saline sono was really not that bad for me - just uncomfortable. I know everyone's experience is different but I know a lot of people that say it's not as bad as they expected and it was that way for me. I hope it's the same for you. So many hugs love!

FX it went well. It's not a comfortable experience but I know you can get through it. Update us when you get a chance.

I'm pretty crampy, but it went okay.  He said everything looked structurally good, just really tilted, which we already knew.  So, now I'm just crampy and home.  I'm going to order in and eat like a pig really quick  because I can't eat for 12 hours starting at 7pm tonight.  I'm going to be soooo happy to be done with the majority of this testing tomorrow!  Thank you everyone for the support, especially @snedge !

I'm totally late but I wanted to say that I'm glad the u/s didn't show anything unexpected and I'm glad that it went okay. I hope the rest of your testing went well too and that you are resting up nice and easy now.
