Hello! I have not logged in since I returned to work several weeks ago.  I'm struggling to balance it all, but I know a lot of you do it, and I am confident that it will get easier!

I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the season! I miss reading TB everyday and am trying to catch up on the news.  Congrats @BlondieBia21!

@KatieS7 - She is doing great! Thanks for asking.  My mom was here to watch her when I first returned to work because my husband had knee surgery.  Then I had some time off for holiday, so this is our first "real" week with the sitter (2 days a week) and nanny am /husband pm (3 days).  Hopefully, she does better than mommy!  Mila is adorable! I can't wait for Kadie to grow some hair so I can put tiny bows in it! She is an almost completely bald baby!    Headbands are our friends, though we only use them for "special occasions" - I know they are a little silly!
