Placenta Previa (partial) and spotting - worried

This question is for my SIL. She's 22 weeks and has partial placenta previa. She had some spotting last night but nothing since.

She uses a OB clinic at the local hospital and the nurse at the hotline said to just watch for any future bleeding for now.

Is this concerning? Should she go to the doctor?

Anyone else have experience with this? Advice?

TIA!!

I had complete previa at 20 weeks, but it resolved by 28 weeks. Did her doctor give her info? Is she on pelvic rest? I was told no lifting, no sex, no strenuous exercise.

I had a complete previa at 18 weeks which resolved by 23 weeks. My dr told me that if I had any bleeding I would be put on bed rest. I would definitely have her contact her dr.
