Complaining about the same shit over and over again

I find myself just complaining about the same shit over and over again. It is so frustrating. How do you avoid this?

What kinds of things?  Like....I need new socks?  Or my house is never clean?

Yeah! Its tough but once you complain and get it off your chest try hard to not bring it up!
Its tough when you have no contol over it!

Some of them I have control over , like being disorganized. Some of them I don't, things at work. Ugh. It definitely feels like a Monday today!!!

I've actually been making it a point to not complain for some time. It's a constant work in progress but it gets easier. There are some situations where I do vent/complain but it gives me time to think before I speak.

When I came back from my maternity leave, it was overwhelming to hear a few coworkers complain. I vowed to refrain as much as possible.
