Opinions on our boy names please!

We are team green and are having a heck of a time with boy names! Any thoughts on these or any suggestions? We want something kind of classic but not too common. DD's name is Emmeline. And the middle name will be Robert or Joseph most likely. Thanks!

Love Sullivan and Bennett. They are actually our top two names and our next DS will be Sullivan Robert. I don't mind Lincoln. Elijah is NMS and I prefer Kellan or Kieran to Callum.

You've got a list of great names.  I think Callum is tops on the list for me with Lincoln and Sullivan a close second and third.

This. Minus the 'next DS part' of course. Love Kellan, but find Callum a little off putting.

Sullivan Joseph. My favorite is Elijah, but not with sister Emmeline.

Love Callum and I think it fits your criteria best. I like Bennett a lot too. Elijah is okay but I think it it is fairly popular- ranked #13 in the US, if that might bother you.

Bennett -- traditionally a last name, but common enough as a first name not to be odd. I like it.

Callum -- I want to like this name, but it just sounds weird.  I feel like the last syllable gets swallowed every time I say the name.  

Elijah -- A great traditional name, with "Eli" as an excellent potential nn.

Lincoln -- This seems to get a lot of love lately, but I dislike this as a first name.  To me, this is the name of the president.  I wouldn't name my child "Washington" or "Eisenhower."  It would sound pretentious and odd.

Sullivan -- Like Bennett, this is really a last name, although I think it has evolved less into a first name.  Seems like part of the "avoid common names by calling your son a last name for his first name" trend.  I wouldn't use it.

Of your list, I like Elijah the best.

We named DS Lincoln after the president.  His MN is my maiden name, so his full name sounds like a law firm.  We are pretentious and odd people.

I also like Elijah, as I do most biblical names.  I like Bennett, I think just because I love Benjamin and like most names that Ben can be a nickname for.  Meh about Callum and Sullivan.

I like them all except Callum. I like them in this order: Bennett, Sullivan, Lincoln and Elijah.

LOVE Callum, i like it too cause the nickname you can call him Cal.  This name is in our top 3 also

Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad there aren't any that tons of people hate....I think DH likes Elijah but my favorites are Lincoln and Sullivan. Lincoln Robert with our last name does sound law-firmy and pretentious but I kind of dig it!
