Any proud Egg Donors?

We did 1 ivf cycle (& we got pregnant).

I felt very strongly about donating eggs. I produced 22 eggs and donated 11. I remember praying during retrieval that I would produce enough for someone to have. I knew in my heart I would get pregnant this first cycle.

Luckily I did and today I still pray that someone is pregnant out there, like I am, with my eggs. And that I was able to give a couple the opportunity to become parents.

Any of you are proud egg donors?

That is so awesome, for both you @Nancy1250 for donating and @brooklynesque for receiving the gift of someone's eggs.

We had a very good IVF cycle, with 35 retrieved, 29 fertilized and ultimately 17 frozen 5-day blasts. Hubby and I have decided once we're done building our family we'll be donating our frosties to couples in need. Infertility is so cruel and takes away from so many people. We both feel passionately about giving what we can.
