No clue. Probably a pork tenderloin or some other meat that I can use my stockpile of frozen veggies and Mac and cheese on. I am getting back into WW and really need to meal plan from that.
We're having turkey for at least the next two days. Then, pulled pork sandwiches w/cole slaw and fries, flank steak w/rice and green beans, chili and cornbread.

Tonight I am making chicken chili over baked potatoes with lettuce, tomato, cheddar and sour cream. This is thanks to me and DH watching food network on silent in a bar last night, lol. Tomorrow night is coffee and molasses marinated pork chops with some squash and green beans. Monday night is a Italian roast in the crockpot, and Tuesday was supposed to be lemon dill salmon and asparagus, but my grocery store was not restocked yet, so no fresh dill

I roast Brussels sprouts all the time....yum. I love when the outer leaves get all charred and crunchy.
