What does it all mean?!?!? Help Please.

Ok - so i am CD 16 already, when I went in on Tuesday my biggest follie was only 13 mm on my left side.  I went back today and my normal ultra sound lady was on vacation and the one was an IDIOT and when i asked about the sizes she stumbled with her words and didn't seem to know... ?? Anyways, the nurse called this afternoon and i missed the call, she left a message that my estrogen levels were at 680 something and that my RE wants me to continue with my estrace over the weekend and have intercourse tomorrow and Sunday and go back in on Monday for blood and ultrasound... I am freaking out, i thought we would have had the IUI by now.... Have i missed ovulating? So confused...

I wish I had some advice. That does sound really confusing! I would think your follie should be mature already and your estrogen level seems to confirm that. Is there an on call nurse you can call tomorrow with questions? Good luck!

That doesn't sound right to me... With an E2 over 600, I'd think you have at least 2 mature follies. Though if you're on Estrace, then that number could be skewed. Plus, by now that 13 from Tuesday should be a mature size. Are you taking ganirelix or Cetrotide to prevent premature ovulation? If I were you, I would definitely call to speak to the doctor or someone who can give you answers.

UGH!!!!!!! These Follies just aren't growing!!!! I went back again today for bloodwork and ultra sound.  My biggest Follie was only at 14 mm... that means it's only grown 1 mm in a week!!! I have no idea what to do... just sitting her waiting for the RE office to call me back.  I am guessing this cycle may be a wash which is so frustrating... 

Any questions I could/should ask when they do call me back?  Anyone heard of doing injectibles following clomid?  The Ultra sound tech said i still have 6 potential, they just aren't growing..

Thank you @1983lindsey my normal ultra sound lady was back today and I love her... she thought maybe injectibles could work if the doctor would be ok with it.  We'll see when they cal back.

Just heard back from the nurse... they think I ovulated on my own because my estrogen levels are low sooo I am probably out this cycle for IUI's.  Good thing DH and i did the baby dance this weekend... Going back on Wednesday for blood work and ultra sound to know for sure and see if my follicles have grown anymore and/or if i have or haven't ovulated.  So Frustrating...
