rear facing and snow boots

For all you cold weather/snow mama's, what do you do about your rear facing toddler putting dirty/snowy boots against the seat???

I take them off. I keep blankets in the car to keep them warm.

Dd is ff now so not a problem this year. You could drape towels over the back seat or take the boots off when you get in the car.
