pooping like a newborn

My DD has been pooping several (as in 2-4) times a day for over a week. Maybe about 2 weeks. Its extremely soft, not quite watery but it almost always leaks out and onto her clothes or whoever she happens to be sitting on!!! It is so so so frustrating cleaning up poop all day. its one thing when they're tiny and their poop doesn't stink so bad. Seriously tho, has anyone has experience with this and or any suggestions? She has not had any major diet changes recently
