Baby Carrier for twins?

I've been working on my registry and was looking at carriers. (My friend highly recommended an Ergo carrier).
Just wondering if they are worth it? Do I get one for me and one for my husband?
A friend of mine had twins a few years ago and she found a double carrier, which I can't find in a store but I have found online. She also had two single carriers. It just seems like so much!

Two single carriers beats a double one IMO.  Most of the double carriers I've seen would be outgrown fairly quickly and they are too expensive for that.  DH and I each wear a baby often and it really works well.  We started out with two baby bjorns but I have an emeibaby that I LOVE.

We have two ergos one for DH and I to wear our boys. I love my ergo it's comfortable and not overly hot like my moby and it will last until the boys are quite large.

My DH and I each have a wrap. The boys are constantly being worn. They are two months. We took a babywearing class. He went with the baby hawk and I have a woven wrap.

We have two mobi wrapes and two baby Bjorns (a gift). I really wanted the ergos but beggars can't be choosers I guess.
