Throat pain and Glyburide?

These two things may be completely unrelated. I started taking Glyburide 2 days ago at night and woke up the next morning with a really weird burning sensation only down the right side of my throat. It starts way down at the base of my throat - almost to the collar bone - and radiates up. It hurts when I swallow, or when a gas bubble tries to make its way up. Any thoughts? I take protonix for heartburn but this isn't really any heartburn pain that I've felt before.

I started taking glyburide too and havent had those symptoms. Sounds like reflux. Do u sleep at an incline.
