Chin rash

Since my LO is drooling a whole lot her chin is getting these tiny red dots all over.. Any ideas how I can prevent this?

    I have just been wiping him a LOT!  I never imagined he would be this drooly this early.

    I've been saying the exact same thing, if she doesn't have a bib on she soaks her clothes. I've been wiping her mouth anytime I see a bunch of drool, I thought maybe that's why she was getting the red dots.

    I've been trying the coconut oil on her whole face for about 3-4 days now (she also has very dry cheeks and forehead all of a sudden) so I'm hoping it will start to improve.

    Another vote for coconut oil. My
    LO had a terrible rash under his chin and it cleared up in less than a day.
