Your HEart Rate?

I am curious what other ladies heart rates are during the third trimester. Mine is between 97 and 115.

My resting HR is typically low 70's now.

Not sure of my exact numbers, but the doctors always say it's exactly where it should be, or even a little on the low side, which they prefer.

Mine had been in the low 120's for my NST's and they freak out on me but never say drink more water. Is is because I'm dehydrated?

Mine was 105 at my last appointment. My OB said that if it gets over 110 then I should attempt to lower it (bear down like a bowel movement) and if it doesn't go down then I should call because it could be heart issues. I don't know about consistant high heart rate, though. Dehydration may be a related issue, though.

Tachycardia can be caused by dehydration, yes. Give it a try and see if it works.

Mine has been in the 60's the whole time.

Since I have been drinking more water I noticed my heart rate has lowered to between 93 and 110 depending on what I have been doing. Rarely at 110 though.
