thawing milk

How do you thaw your frozen milk?  Do you put it in hot water or do you leave it in the fridge to thaw?  If thawed in the fridge about how long does it take to thaw?  Thanks...trying to prepare for going to daycare next week.

When I'm sending to daycare I thaw in fridge. I move it to the fridge around 2 or 3 the afternoon before and it is ready to be put in bottles by the next morning. It doesn't take long. I only put it in water if I need it quickly.

If I need frozen, I take it out as soon as I get home from work the night before so it has 12 hours to thaw. Very rarely I will get one that is still partially frozen, I'm guessing due to more fat or something and then I just dump it in the bottle as a breastmilk slushie They heat her bottles in the warmer so it will be all thawed and warm.

If you thaw it using hot water, can you put it in the fridge after it thaws?
