Bronchiolitis

My almost 8 month old daughter has bronchiolitis. She has been on a liquid abuterol since thursday and today is her last day. She has a bad cough no runny nose or anything but it's a very congested sounding cough. She seems happy and content playing, eating, sleeping and doing her normal activities but i feel so bad everytime I hear this cough. Her doctor said it could linger around for up to 3 weeks!!! I thought that sounded like a long time. Has anyones child had this and if so please tell me you experience with it. Also we have had a cool mist humidifier on every night for her. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks guys! It's so sad to see them sick! We are finally over it the congested cough has gone away. I am so good about keeping her away from sick people and all that but the dr said babies just get this. Hope all your LO feel better
