Postpartum Binder

I have heard a few things about a postpartum binder/band being very helpful after a twin pregnancy. Did you use one? Was it worth it? Is there one you would recommend?

Yes I used one. It was great. My hospital provided me one.

Absolutely. I got one right after the cesarian in the hospital and now I wear a belly bandit one. Totally helps with my lower back strength.

I used one with my singleton and loved it, but I was too swollen, itchy, and sensitive to use it after the twins. Worth a try, though!

No, I didn't use one. I was in so much pain post-c/s and so bloated that there's no way I wanted anything touching my belly let alone binding it.
