Clogged duct - possible stupid question

Last night I started to get what I believe to be a clogged duct, no doubt caused by the fact that I very recently stated how lucky I am to have not experienced any such thing yet. I'm in some pain today but I've been following the advice on KellyMom and it seems to be helping. My question is - if this gets worse, should I go to my regular doctor (general practitioner) or my OBGYN?

Most likely your LO will work it out for you and you won't have to worry about this… but if it gets worse you call your OB.
