Birthday straggler

So we had a small party planned for LO, but we cancelled it last minute due to my grandmother passing away. I ended up taking him to my husband's job (chef at Italian restaurant) and we ate dinner just the 3 of us. He still got his cake

    I'm very sorry for your loss.  I too lost my grandma the day before DD2's party this year.
